 NEW RELEASE Jim McGregor, AIA, LEED AP LEED for Texan kids - Pearland Pediatrics Pearland – Jim McGregor, AIA, LEED AP, Principal with Browne Penland McGregor Architects, Inc., participated in the filming of an educational video produced by Momentum Bay Associates, LP based on the “Green” Architecture involved in the development of Pearland Pediatrics. Pearland Pediatrics, a 10,387 square foot, single-story pediatric clinic owned by Dr. Deborah Gant, was LEED NC Certified in 2006, and is the first privately owned healthcare facility to be certified in the state of Texas. The Pearland Pediatrics video is one of several featured in a showcase created by Momentum Bay Associates to show some of Texas' green leaders and explain simply why and how they've benefited by going green profitably and practically.
