                       BPM Entry in the 99k House Competition

Houston – Browne Penland McGregor Architects submitted an entry in the 99K House Competition sponsored by Rice Design and American Institute of Architects, Houston Chapter. This two-stage, international design competition called for a single family house with up to 1,400 SF, including 3 bedrooms and 1½ - 2 bathrooms, on a 50' x 100' site in Houston’s historic Fifth Ward. Our architects created an innovative and sustainable design that can easily be replicated throughout the Gulf Coast Region.
