                     Breaking Ground on a New  Storage Project

Houston – A new self-storage facility broke ground at 3200 West Dallas in May. Browne Penland McGregor Stephens Architects is providing architectural services for this new, four story, self-storage facility on West Dallas in Houston. The new building will be approximately 69,600 square feet, and will contain roughly a 2,000 square foot office/apartment for the operator.
